Refugeへようこそ。画面に咲いている花は、日本のどこかに誰かが置いた気象センサーです。ベランダかもしれないし、公園かもしれない。あるいは誰も知らない場所かもしれない。花をクリックすると、その場所の気温や湿度を見ることができます。センサーが風で揺れると画面の中の花も揺れます。それがどういう意味を持つのかを検証するのがこの場所です。日記を書くこともできます。書いてくれると嬉しい。話はそんなところです。
Welcome to Refuge. The flowers on screen are weather sensors someone placed somewhere in Japan. Maybe on a balcony, maybe in a park. Or maybe somewhere no one knows. Click a flower to see the temperature and humidity of that place. When the sensor sways in the wind, so does the flower on screen. This is a place to explore what that means. You can write a diary too. I'd be happy if you did. That's about it.

迷惑行為やスパム、不適切と判断される行動が確認された場合、アカウントを予告なく停止する場合があります。

Refuge collects and stores the following types of information:
Email Address: Used for user authentication and account management.
Location Data: Users register their approximate location at the postal-code level (or similar broad area). We do not collect or store precise street-level addresses. On the website, location information at the city/ward level (e.g., Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) is visible to other users.
Diary Entries: Diary entries are private by default. You may choose to make an entry public by selecting "日記を公開します".
The information we collect is used to operate and improve the Refuge service, support authentication, and enable community-related features.
Your data is securely managed with appropriate security measures in place.
We do not sell or share your personal information, including email addresses, with third parties.
We cannot be held responsible for any issues, losses, or disputes arising from the use of this service.
Accounts engaging in spam, harassment, or other inappropriate behavior may be suspended without prior notice.
